Nothing. That is what we did today. Absolutely nothing. The nothing was broken up with eating, reading, lounging, more eating, napping and eating again.
I do have to tell you about the dinner that Karen and I had in Le Bistro. It was the best meal we have had on the cruise so far. We each had the Coquilles St. Jacques Provençal (seared sea scallops) and for the entree we had Homard Rotis Aux Beurre (lobster). But the best part was dessert, Fondue Au Chocolate (chocolate fondue for two).
We wanted to see how was going to be the winner of the Karaoke Superstars Finals since we had seen the contestants from the other two evenings. We were surprised when Hudson won with his rendition of “Home” by Michael Buble. We thought for sure that Erin would win with her version of “Breathe” by Faith Hill. Before calling it a night, we picked up a bowl of chips which we have been doing every night. It reminds me of being at home.
