We had been planning our days based on the weather all week. So what do you do when they issue a tornado watch, you go shopping of course. But before we could begin, we fueled up at Doreen’s Cup of Joe. Everyone’s breakfast was amazing and nothing is better than fresh squeezed Florida orange juice….
What did we do today … absolutely nothing. Well maybe not nothing but close to it. We did walk over to the Marco Island Farmers Market which is held every Wednesday from November to April. There are quite a few vendors selling everything from salsas, jams, fruits, vegetables, crafts and of course The Happy Pickle….
It was a lazy morning today … sleeping in, swimming, Christmas crafts and movies. Since the weather does not look good for the next few days, we decided to hit the beach for the afternoon to take advantage of the sun. We spent our time looking for shells, building sand castles and just relaxing….
