After we said our goodbyes to Dave, Cathy, Michael and Liam, we started our six hour drive to Palm Springs.  We passed the time listening to a bunch of podcasts.  We did not want to spend any time at a restaurant for dinner, so we picked up tacos from a random taco truck in a dirt parking lot.

We arrived at the Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert ($346.34 USD) just before 8:30pm to a temperature of 99°F.

Great run down Michael (and Dorothy)!. The pwendyictures brought back memories of spending an afternoon at Hearst Castle many years ago.
