I can’t believe it is Friday already and it’s our last day here. Another day of just hanging out. We spent the morning outside because it was still comfortable temperature wise. We had Brodie and Jon over for lunch since Teresa and Marie were out for the day. And besides we needed help cleaning out the fridge.
After lunch, Brodie, Karen and Jon went to the Dino Craft. When they came back, we had a quick game of dice before they left for the Bubble Wagon Ride. With all of this activity, everyone retired to their respective trailers for the rest of the afternoon.
We had dinner and then we started the task of packing up. It took us about an hour to get almost everything back into the car including the new 10×10 gazebo. All that we will have to pack in the morning is the whatever is left in the fridge, our bedding and clothes.
Once we were done, we headed over to Teresa and Jon’s for one final campfire. What a great relaxing week it has been. I can highly recommend the 1000 Islands / Ivy Lea KOA and will definitely be coming back.
