We wanted to take advantage of the awesome weather in Las Vegas so we decided to just hang out at the house. What a great way to spend an afternoon, floating around in the pool in 100 degree heat. Karen and I went to Freed’s Bakery to pick up my birthday cake while Allison worked on dinner.
After an awesome BBQ dinner, Darren headed to work while the girls headed to Meadows Mall to do some Bath & Body Works shopping.
We met up with Darren to check out the new movie “The Happening”. If anyone can explain to me what the movie was about, please let me know. The only great thing about the movie, was that the theatre had pour your own butter for the popcorn.
After the movie we got back home and had birthday cake. Darren and Allison got me my own personal Jon Bon Jovi cake and it was hot.
