Since we had such a late night and there was a time change, we decided to sleep in. After finally getting up, we headed over to IHOP for some breakfast. When we got back, we lounged around the pool where it was a sunny and beautiful 80°F.
You can only lay around the pool for so long, so Allison, Karen and I went over to the Fashion Show Mall to do some shopping. We then met Darren at Olive Garden for dinner.
We decided that we would go to work with Darren. He stars in the “American Superstars” show at the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino. He has been with the show for six years and it’s still such a thrill when I see him perform on that stage. It’s just so cool.
We drove home in Darren’s new car. It’s a 197? Buick Riviera. This car is freakin’ huge and it looks like the Batmobile. We spent the rest of the evening just hanging around the house.
