Monday’s … start of the work week for most but not for me. Since I did not get to bed until after 3:00am, I decided that I would take it easy today. I finally got moving around 8:30am and then enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the lanai.
I headed over to Darren and Allison’s house so that we could spend part of the afternoon hanging out at the pool in the condo complex. It is a nice big pool with very comfy loungers. After much swimming and debate about the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction process, it was time for Darren and I to go and pick up Shayla and Sienna from school.
I decided to head back to the condo to have a bit of a lay down. But before I got there, I picked up dinner from The Fish Market which was Mac Crusted Mahi Mahi with pineapple salsa. Since it was raining pretty hard, I had to enjoy my dinner indoors.
Darren was kind enough to give me a ticket for tonight’s performance of “Burn N’ Love”. I believe this was my eighth time seeing the show and I still get a kick out of seeing him perform. Since none of us got any real sleep, we decided to just call it a night.
