Las Vegas, Nevada – April 6, 2006

We got up somewhat early and headed over to Universal Studios.  We did the “Back To The Future”, “Backdraft” and “Shrek 4D” rides.  We also took the studio tour which was really cool.  They take you through the back lots and show you where the television shows and movies are filmed.  They were filming “Desperate Housewives” during our tour.

We left Universal Studios and made our way over to the Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills cemetery.  We were on a mission to see as many famous graves as we could before dark.  We saw the graves of Liberace, Freddie Prinze, Lou Rawls and many more.  We couldn’t find Lucille Ball, Andy Gibb or John Ritter.  Unfortunately we didn’t know that there was a website (http://www.seeing-stars.com/) that will tell you exactly where the graves are.  We will know better for next time.

By this time it was dark and we were hungry.  We used the GPS to find us a Cheesecake Factory.  We had an awesome dinner and made our way back to the hotel for an early night.
