The Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex played host today to Polish Day 2008. My Aunt Krys is the Chair of Polish Day Committee. It was a fun filled day full of eating, shopping, watching Polish dancing and listening to Polish music. During the event, the remaining survivors of the Siberian deportees were presented the Siberian Cross. My dad is one of those survivors.
